Why one plan
Most virtual office providers run a "starter / standard / premium" ladder where the interesting features live behind the top tier. We think that's a trick. Either the address works for your company, or it doesn't. Either mail gets handled, or it doesn't.
So there's one plan. It costs €600+VAT a year. It includes everything a founder actually needs: a real registered seat, proper mail handling, the registered-seat usage for your Portuguese company, and access to the hub when you're in Funchal.

Pricing questions
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. €600+VAT per year is the full cost. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-letter fee for scanned mail, no account management fee.
- Do you charge extra for physical mail forwarding?
- We pass on the actual postage cost at Portuguese postal rates — no markup. Scanning, email delivery, and holding mail for collection are all included.
